The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful to me. The pharmacy employees are working in a tight space, but they are always kind. Pharmacy manager Mona and floor manager Shirley work non-stop and are always professional.

I have gone to CVS for my prescription twice and they are always closed. How come if it’s a pharmacy they closed so early. I came out from the doctor at 6pm and go to pick it up and hour later and it’s closed. This is so bad. You need the prescription because in this case you are sick want to get better. In this case the prescription is for a baby.

Pharmacy staff are not helping the customer they are very rude and disrespectful. I went on 07/24/2024 they were very rude and not helpful at all.

This situation happened from 5 mins ago I order a photo to be printer online it say will be ready by 1.30 and when I called 2 PM asking if this ready or not he said 30 mins and will be ready at 2.30 I called he said it’s ready to pickup I went to the store to pickup he said to me sorry (I lied on you I did not printed and will printed it now. That was soo cheap customer service I would respect him if he said I did not printed and will do in specific time.
