Worst rental. Always under staffed. No cars available. Always need to stand in line at least an hour to pick up a car. Btw, I’m an Avis preferred member and they didn’t even care to call me for 45 minutes. Only 1 person in the entire office.

Everything was fine. A very kind personnel, good car received, the time spent was at the minimum. The drop off was really short, just handed over the key to the Avis rep and the bus was ready to bring me at the airport. Recommend.

Never again. We will never rent from Avis again after this experience. We thought we had a good experience until, after we were home from our vacation for a week, we received a letter from Avis stating they would be charging us $450 for cleaning! It's true there was some sand in the van. We had been on vacation with kids for eight days. It was definitely not an excessive amount of sand. Avis also took issue with there being a small amount of trash in the van. I would have gladly thrown out all the trash had there been trash cans at the return lot. There was not a single trash can in sight and we had a flight to catch, as do all their other customers. Avis says we are supposed to return the van in the same condition we received it. I have never heard of vacuuming a rental car before returning it. Enjoy the money you fleeced out of us, Avis, you'll never get another penny from us.

I'm renting to drive from Virginia to New York, got to avis it was semi crowded but the customer service reps were moving along at a steady pace. They friendly and very helpful. I wanted a Toyota rav4 they didn't have it I got a caravan instead very nice one l. Got to the car it was clean tank was full as it should be all in all my experience was ok

8/3/23: The set up was great. I received my car 🚗 upgrade & was able to skip going inside to the counter. That was less stress. The SUV upgrade, due to my being in the President's Circle, my car upgrade was great. Their staff in the lot were helpful & kind.
