At first, I was disappointed because I didn't see enough PNC employees in the facility. I mean I expected the bank to have enigma employees to deal with customers; however, the bank wasn't crowded. But I did have to wait in the lounge area, which I didn't really want to do, I wanted to get in and out. Yet, the service was outstanding although I had to wait, but the person that serviced me made up for it with great customer service and very knowledgeable. In fact, she took the time to update my records and when it was all said and done, I went from being disappointed to being satisfied. So I will acknowledge the facility isn't huge and that were in a pandemic, so overall my experience was great and I really appreciate that PNC bank is doing its best to keep clients satisfied and safe. Thank you for a great experience and the attentiveness of the staff.

I prefer this PNC branch over the one in Ashburn. The manager here at the Dulles branch is very helpful and goes out of her way to take care of the customers. As a business customer, it is nice to have a helpful staff.

The PNC app doesn't tell you that this place won't take deposits. The website has a tiny note that says all deposits are made through the ATM. But the app makes no mention that they don't provide teller service. It is disappointing that PNC can't communicate better, and that they pass off locations as branches when they don't provide the basic services of a bank. Time to switch I guess.

Extremely unhappy with this Dullas location! I cannot believe they no longer accept deposits at this location unless you have an ATM card and can only use the ATM machine.This is a business account! So instead of being able to utilize available employees to make a simple deposit now only one person who has the ATM card can do this. I will say the woman I spoke to at this branch was very professional and very kind. But it does not save the wasted time, money, and gas I now have to use to go to to different location. We will be considering changing to a different bank that can provide better customer service.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Were in and out within 10 minutes. The interior was clean and well decorated.
