Very different, in a good way, atmosphere. Very unique designs and decorations. Everywhere was nice but there were toilet papers all over the bathroom floors and soda spills and trash all over the drink dispenser area. Service was excellent!

My husband asked if they had fresh coffee. The boy at the counter said he didn't work that area but he could see coffee over there. Did not even offer to see how long it had been brewed. Very uncooperative and actually rude. We left, not buying a thing. We've been patrons of McDonald's over 50 years and have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect.

Drive thru night shift just forgot about our order, waited about 10 minutes so knocked on the window but got ignored even though we can see someone there just using their phone. Finally got our food and fries were just thrown in the bag and were cold. But atleast they gave us a lot of bbq sauce.

The customer service at this place absolutely sucks. I went through. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and it didn’t really look like it had the extra hot fudge that I paid for so I asked to confirm and she said yes so I tried to take it, and then she said oh, give me the eyes like that oh God, and she went and put more on it and gave me such an attitude and was extremely disrespectful. This is a very common occurrence of this place and it was a manager. I am extremely upset.

I’m so glad I spent 30 dollars on 2 poorly made and nasty tasting sandwiches. Not only was the spicy chicken sandwich my wife ordered missing toppings and extremely careless of how they put the sauce on it not to mention my burger that I had to pretty much put together myself. On top of that most of the employees that work here are insanely rude and I feel very discriminated against given the fact that I’m a white male who is good about manners unless someone is rude first however it’s pretty ridiculous that I can be ignored by the employees who work here that are people of color but as soon as a customer who is also a person of color walks up to the counter the employee suddenly learns how to be polite. Thank you for showing me how absolutely worthless people can be and still expect praise and a pay raise.
