Watched Twisters movie in #4 last night and seats were so uncomfortable. Floor was dirty as well. I enjoy the Hays theater, but please upgrade the seats. They are horrible in #4!

Super friendly staff. Old fashioned appeal but clean. They didn't have any hot dogs prepared at all when we went which is all I gave 4 stars for because I feel like they should always be prepared. And they didn't have a main door on the ladies restroom (Making the restroom wide open to the hallway) which seemed really weird but I guess that's just an old location? Aside from that it was nice. We had fun.

Great prices on movies I haven’t paid that little for a movie in a long time however it is classic theater. In another words it has not been upgraded to the new modern theater seating. You do not get to pick your seats and the seats in some theaters are a little uncomfortable. A little hard to find. You have to go around the back of the mall to find.

Tonight Theater 6 was about 85 degrees. We ended up having to leave because my 10 year old was so hot he felt sick to his stomach. It was miserable! Everyone was complaining about the lack of AC. If you're going to show movies in a theater that uncomfortable, then, at the very least, warn the people buying tickets. I was informed that the manager was aware how hot it was.

As one of the 2 places to go for movies within 2 hours of our place. This one is good, although letting people know that the theater is at the back of the mall would be a.great idea! It's nice,.clean, staff is very polite, helpful and amazing. The pick your own seat when you get here is odd but it works.
