The customer service desk rep here was as helpful as a chocolate teapot!! When asked a question in reference to the PeterPan service he sarcastically responded "I don't see anyone at their desk, do you?" ... (well, that's why my next point of questioning was the service desk!). Rude and unhelpful, seemed more interested in his paperwork than actual customers. I found out the information from other passengers that were more helpful and polite. This is a small town station with hardly any passengers waiting inside - not sure what he was stressed about. He would never cope in a big city station like NYC Grand Central. Apart from the horrible service, the station is well maintained, clean and has plenty of seating and restrooms for passenger use.

Well to start off with, don't get a soda out of their vending machines, I used my phone to pay, it was $5 for a bottle of soda, the machine took my $5 but never gave me a soda so I ended up putting another $5 on my card and finally got a single soda, so basically I paid $10 for a bottle of soda. I got quite upset about this so I went up to the customer service booth and told them about it and the guy just laughed at me and said that's not my problem. Other than that my experience has been quite pleasant, I take the bus 5 times a week, I will say there's been at least two or three times since September of 2021 that the bus has not shown up and I was late for work because of it and had to take a taxi, $2 to take the bus or $15 to take a taxi, that's quite a bit of difference there.

Nice and clean facility. BUT TRY TO AVOID RIDING PLYMOUTH &BROCKTON BUS. NEVER ON SCHEDULE AND MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PETER PAN ( Boston is $21 compare to $14). I missed my flights twice since September. And now here I am having 8:30 pm ticket. It's 8:50 and bus still isn't here. Really disappointed!!!

It was a good tour. But majority of the train ride was covered by trees. But found good spots to checkout in cape cod including cape canal. Also they charge seperately for parking which is unusual considering parking is only for railroad customers.

This was a hub of my travels to Cape Cod. Very nice service people. Very kind guest coming though. Thebdrivzrs were very appoachable and smiling. What a wonderful centrally located place that had everything. Train buses on and 93rd cape even 1.3 milled to the airport Thank you HTC d or all your help.
