The PPO soccer organization is overall a good organization, however they need to do better when selecting their coaches. The Heat Strickers is their competitive soccer team. They have coach Tahir "Dino" Rohoman, which in my opinion, and the opinion of many other parents is the worst coach that exists on earth. This coach is a bully, and only allows play time for his favorites, if you are not the "chosen one" chances are that you will always be sitting on the bench. Coach Dino does not show qualities of a professional coach. This coach will not greet or acknowledge the parents, he doesn't give feedback to the parents on what needs to be improved. He will only contact the parents when his "training fee" was due. He will cancel practice constantly due to personal emergencies or rain. His training tactics are yelling and belittling the players. He will only clap/ celebrate goals if you are one of his favorites players, the rest are left ignored. The only few times the benched kids will play was when his chosen ones were suspended due to fights with the opposite team. It was pointless to discuss the concerns with the coach because he will always respond with a Mr. Know it all snarky attitude. I could write a whole essay with specific examples about how bad is this coach for this organization. If don't want your teen to feel demoralized, lose his confidence, and self esteem do not take him to coach Dino. Coach Dino Rohoman does not make soccer fun, and engaging, but rather stressful and intimidating. The best decision ever was to remove my son from the team. Now he is doing so much better with other coaches.

The park is lovely and well lit. It isn't a public park, bit there are many sporting events that youths and adults can sign up for. The conession is reasonably priced and friendly.

I would not recommend this club if you are looking for your child to be competitive and great. They are very deceptive in getting you to join the heat striker league because management and coaches make more money, in the end they are the only winners here. They say it is base on tryouts for that league and only the best will be selected. That is a complete lie because everyone is selected and if you are friends with the Mangement and coaches there is completely no tryouts !! If you have a child who is an exceptional player, they will never get to grow or excel in their skills. Just remember the coaches are there to babysit and collect a coach fee every month and management just don’t care because they have collected their lump sum when you sign up. Also you will watch your child lose every single game week after week and at the end they still get awarded a trophy. That is sad! I encourage parents to do their research, read reviews, and watch a game for yourself and then make a decision. Always do what’s best for your child to succeed.
