I felt special because he took time to help me process my application. I was very surprised and how patient he was . Just want to say with gratitude and appreciation He is surely very kind and understanding gentleman I wish there was many more people in the world like him

This was my first experience with Tropical Financial Credit Union and I have to say it was the best experience from start to finish. I was not looking forward to what I thought was going to be a long drawn out task but Frank salokar took very good care of me through out the whole experience. He walked me through step by step and explained everything to me so there where no surprises. He called to check on me and helped with any concerns I had. Thanks Frank. I also would like to thank Lucy Scott for being so patience with me and helping me in getting all the much needed paperwork. Once again thanks for the quick and easy process.

I was there because my direct deposit was not done. Jahira, assisted me with my complex situation, she said that she would follow-up with me and she did. She responded to my emails. She even promised to set a reminder for next month to ensure that the transfer went through. In this day and age, I am amazed when I receive this level of customer service. I mattered to her. I have been with TCU for over 30 years and I have always received great customer service!!! Thank you.

Tropical Financial has been my credit union since 1981. Lately I had some issues that I was not happy about, however, Brianna Britton was the person that assisted me with it all. She is wonderful, caring and resolved the issues. Thank you.

This gal was "Absolutely Wonderful!" My situation is somewhat complicated and she just breezed through each issue with ease and professionalism. Truly give her a raise!! As a retired teacher I can tell you she is a Rock Star!!
