Horrible experience at this Cook Out. The tea was very good, but that’s about it. This restaurant has 2 separate order areas for the drive thru and it seems even though people were at both, only one was really working. So after 5 cars at the other order area completed their orders I drove to the window to do my order. Big mistake. Order of onion rings… not cooked and just dumped in the bag. And only 5 onion rings in the bag so only about 1/4 of the normal amount…. Cheese curds also undercooked. Hamburger was not good at all, and my wife said her chicken quesadillas didn’t taste right at all so threw them away. I guess it was our fault the speaker/microphone wasn’t working and we suffered the wrath trying to order a different way. But the tea was good.

Ordered a chocolate nut milkshake and lady at drive threw hands me my milkshake with broken bottom cup and the side of the cup is missing a piece out of it. Instead of making a new one or putting the milkshake into brand new unbroken cup, she puts the messed up cup on top of another cup. Don’t go to this cookout. Save your money or go to different location.

It would normally be 5 stars across the board for me, but the past couple of times we've gotten milkshakes they were some of the sorriest milkshakes. Literally these were 3 of the last 9 like this. 1st is peach, with 4 big peach slices on top. The 2nd was supposed to be oreo reeses, it was literally just vanilla ice cream, and the 3rd was supposed to be strawberry. Those are just simply unacceptable.

Great late night stop for a burger. The peanut butter banana shake hit the spot also. Service was friendly and fast.

This is the first time visiting this fast food restaurant. So, due to the covid 19 they had a walk up window and they are still taking orders at the drive thru. The food is so so. I ordered a burger with fries, chicken nuggets and a shake. I also order a burger with lettuce, bacon and cheese, hush puppies, french fries and Strawberry shake. They actually got the order wrong which was disappointing. The milkshakes are too thick and the fries have too much flavor on them. I will not be returning but if your interested in trying this restaurant out, you should do so.
