When we woke up this morning, my auntie cut herself on the side of the bed. There was a big metal piece sticking out of the bed, and she didn’t notice it last night when we checked in because it was being covered by the sheet. When we complained this morning, they said they can only knock off 10 dollars of the room. Mind you, it’s a bad cut, and she may need a tetanus shot. We only stayed here because everywhere else was full. I thought they were friendly when we checked in last night, but this morning we had a young girl as the “manager,” and she was really snobby when we told her what happened. She didn’t care much about the problem and was just unbothered by the whole situation, which is absolutely ridiculous coming from the “manager.”

An older property, but well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a feature! The eating area was tidy, clean, and had many delicious options. We appreciated the friendly smiles and warm welcoming by the staff.

When we tried to check in, no one was at the desk. This was at 2:10p, there was sign hand written said check in at 3p. The front desk guy finally appeared at about 230p. He would not let us or another couple check in until 3p. Pretty bad service. The good thing about this stay is the room was clean!! Frig coffee and microwave all worked. An Elevator was would be nice addition to super 8!!!!!

This is the most disgusting place! Pubic hair all over the floor urine all over the toilet and floor, the sink, floor and bedding all filthy.. never vacuumed. The shower was freezing cold and the heat completely shut off at 2 am when I woke up it was 53 in the room. I was double charged & contacted them twice with no resolution. Reading all the comments, they double charged alot of customers & have a bedbug infestation..

Room service here is an absolute disappointment. I’m on my 3rd week here and you have to request room service everyday and when they do they don’t change your bedding, no toiletries replacements. I even had an instance where I left a small grocery bag inside the trash and instead of them removing it they placed a new bag and put the small bag back inside the trash can. Two rooms in the hallway also smell bad and they are using towels under the door. 🤷🏻‍♂️
