I honestly don't know how something this dumb could even happen but when I called to ask them what could be done I explained what happened and the girl who answered me hung up. She heard what I said about the sandwich and I heard a click. Not exactly how you take a complaint when the special instructions were No Cheese and I got a Cheese Sandwich with NO EGG.

On this visit while traveling through the area, I found the employees to be very courteous and polite. Good service also. Very happy with the experience.

Sometimes it's ok here and other times I get food that has been smashed by a truck... it's a chance I take! No help to get it fixed, they treat their customers like they're out to get them just because they mess up our food all the time!! Believe me! I don't want to come complaining. I just want my food right! Do better guys! Alot of wasted money so far 😕

Amazing experience super kid- friendly with how low their stools are really bright environment not like other McDonald's ive seen super dark. Staff is always amazing when I go lol know all their names almost overnight team and dinner team the best always a smooth experience and awesome food. I know its just McDonald's but they don't mess up my food here at all I really do appreciate it. Sometimes people are in a rush just glad I can rely on McDonald's east for fast and super kind employees. 😇🤑🤑😇also online app helps out here i save like usually 5 or so bucks. Thxx Mcd's East for great times hope this review helps anybody with the McDonald's in terre haute
