Jerk turkey sub is delicious. Ordered online and was ready right on time. Would have been 5 star but, The fact I had talked to 4 employees 1 of which was the manager and none spoke English good enough to answer the simple question of "where do you pick up online orders from". Working in the deli this little English seems to be counter productive. Just glad I ordered online since I special order the toppings on my sandwhich

Publix is well known for providing stellar customer services, but there are always people who go above and beyond. Ms. Kelly at the Waterstone location store #1029 is a GEM! She is so refreshing and just nurturing without being “nurturing” whether she helps me or not, she brightens my day! She makes people want to visit Publix and wait in her line just to see that bright smile. You never know what someone is going through, so it’s always important to provide GREAT service, but it could be the highlight of someone’s day. That is definitely the experience that Ms. Kelly provides! Keep up the great work and I hope you know how much you are valued as an employee and appreciated by customers!

They're always out of items. The fruits are rotten or has mold 90% of the time. The staff are wonderful but the quality of food items by far are less superior compare to the other publix stores in the Homestead area. Waiting in line for a long time is also becoming a problem especially after a long day of work.

This one star is for the deli alone. The attention to detail by the deli staff has seriously declined. I have ordered multiple cold subs and end up finding them to be toasted and in the hot pickup section. If I order a cold sub online for pickup, that's what I expect to pick up, not whatever the employee feels like making that day. Along with that they continually mess up the order by forgetting ingredients. I ordered spinach in my sandwich and guess what it was missing, spinach. Today (June 3rd 2024) I ordered a cold sub online. I go to pick it up and find it in the hot section and the bread is hard from being toasted. I think, ok maybe I messed up and ordered it wrong. I double checked the ticket and my order confirmation email. But no, whatever employee that's back there is making the subs and just does whatever they feel like. I still ate the sub because I was starving and looking forward to it all morning for lunch today. Get it together Publix deli.
