Let's be clear if it weren't for the 2 guys at the counter, they would have gotten 1.5 stars . They were so helpful in suggesting items to save money / get the better value. But the theater itself smelled awful the seats felt gross and the matinee is $12.95 and it's not even luxury seating! In Rhode Island I can get a ticket for $8.50 early bird , and the theater has luxury seating! It's time for an update Regal!

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Here's a review based on your description: --- I had the misfortune of visiting this movie theater recently, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired; the carpets emitted a strong musky odor, with hints of urine, making the whole environment quite unpleasant. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable, adding to the overall discomfort. To make matters worse, the temperature inside was sweltering. Despite the outside weather being hot, the air conditioning was not functioning, and it felt like a sauna inside. This not only made us sweat profusely but also intensified the unpleasant smells in the theater. When I overheard another customer complaining about the conditions to an employee at the concession stand, I was appalled by the lack of concern or professionalism displayed. The employee seemed indifferent, not bothering to apologize or even acknowledge the complaint, which was disheartening. Moreover, the prices at this theater are exorbitant. $11 for a can of soda is simply outrageous. Considering the uncomfortable conditions and the lack of customer service, it's baffling how this theater remains open. Needless to say, this experience has convinced me that I will not be returning to this theater again. It's a shame, as I had hoped for a better experience during my second visit, but unfortunately, it was even worse than the first.

I watched a movie here in mid December 2018 on a Sunday and considered my experience pleasant. The parking was easy in the huge lot. The ticket Kiosk worked easily. The concession attendant was a little slow but Inthink he was new and learning but he was freindly. The theater and bathrooms were clean. My biggest gripe can't be blamed on the theater but rather other theater goers as there were many people talking during the movie and some young kids running in and out of the theater. If I was in the area I would visit this theater again. Please give a thumbs up if this review or photos were helpful 👍

Went to this movie with my family to watch inside out and the billowing heat within was almost hazardous. I saw a group sitting in the back with an entire order of Flanigans and a bottle of Cognac. Everything was ok since no one was bothering anyone but when the solid fuming stenches of dirty wet carpet hit us, we had to just ride the f outta there. A partial collapse of a wet ceiling tile also frisbeed dangerously close to my arm to add to the effects. Missed when this theater was taken care of.

Everything and I mean everything about this movie theater is freaking trash. Experienced horrible service, it smells like piss and the ac doesn’t work. I would give zero stars if possible. Based on the reviews it seems this is well known but nothing has changed which is crazy. The audacity, never again.
