Do not go to the location at 5623 Garth Rd in Baytown Tx. Service is poor and the time it takes to fill your order is unexceptionable even for online ordering. They serve the drive thru customers and forget about the long lines in the lobby. Took over a hour and a half for three pizzas and crazy bread sticks which they forgot and then I had to wait another five minutes. Employees have no speed and no communication with the customer. After waiting over an hour I still had to ask about my pizza which had been sitting out and cold. Please choose another location to get your hot and ready which is never ready. Sincerely, an Angry Customer.

Waited an extra 30 minutes for our pizza, but I've worked fast food so I understand that they were crazy busy and probably understaffed. However, my pizza has a crazy burn on it, make 2 pieces of it pretty much inedible, so that was disappointing. Should've checked it in the car before we left so I could've shown them in person.

My son wanted this pizza. I don't really like it, but usually when it comes, it is cold or they forget half of your order. I said, "Please make sure my pizza is hot and guess what it came hot this time. Whattttttt?

I wouldn't know if the food was good. Because my pizza wasn't delivered. I ordered 4 hot and ready and one stuff crust pretzel pizza. What I got was 5 hot and ready and no stuff crust pretzel. I've been on hold now after jumping thru hoops for 19 minutes and counting. This is ridiculous. All I want is the pizza I ordered. I will never order from this store again.

Went to little Caesar’s tonight only to have to wait forever for my food even though I ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait a long time to only have 2 pizzas half raw 1 pizza burnt and some crazy bread that looked like some old garlic knots from dominoes…….
