Today 05/25/24 at 12:30 am I placed an order for two buns with chicken, a hamburger, some fries and a vanilla shake when the order arrived it was frozzen per shake charging me for the price of the shake. Very bad customer service, this place is ready to be sued for bad service, mistreatment and poor quality in what they offer.

Super slow. At 6pm. Barely anyone in the restaurant and we had to wait foe the nuggets to cook. The staff all just standing there not doing anything. Not well managed.

Raw 1/4 ponder and I ate most of it a was hungry and didn't see it, cool fries a nuggets, 95°F outside no coke everyone pouring ice out cause Coke comes out white, this causes no ice, I offered to put a sign out and the manager said they have no "no coke" signs OMG I tried to explain but as I said to her, apparently you don't care. When I get to my Truck to eat I found out, they don't care. I hope I don't get sick, I'm not looking for a free meal I live in Wisconsin I just want people to know, check your food, these people don't care, it is Tuesday June 25th 2024 and this was at 2pm. Gross

It didn’t take long to order my food but I am waiting 20+min and counting to get it. No one is behind me and the not many people are here. It is just me. Management really sucks here. Hire more people.

I normally don’t complain if I am driving professionally about food because I am greatful but this time y’all out did yourselves the nuggets tasted like they’ve been there since yesterday and very cold
