This place is a huge disappointment. I cannot express enough how sad and ruthless they are and how they made me feel. We were traveling for almost 3 days with multiple delayed flights and lots of tears. Our travel experience was the worst. On top of this I get a picture for our staged car waiting for us at the airport in Homer. I specifically ordered an SUV and I get a picture of a little Honda car. I told them I can’t accept that, as I did not order that. I also expressed how awful our travel has been trying to get there. In return they told me they were not “comfortable” renting to me anymore and that the car will not be there waiting for me. They specifically said “After your travel experience already, I know you will not be happy with our rentals.” Thanks a lot guys! Do better, be better. It’s not that hard. Horrible business Terrible customer service Extremely rude and unprofessional Go see Pioneer Car rentals instead! 🙂

They are great! My truck was broken down and they got me into a car that same morning after leaving it at a repair shop. Trace was awesome and gave me excellent customer service without charging me an arm and a leg. If you need a car rental in Homer, definitely go through them!

What more can I say then... they saved the trip. Not only was I able to rent the car one way (our original plan)... when Ravn airlines cancelled our Homer to Anchorage flight 10 min before boarding they had my back. They let me continue to use the vehicle to get to Anchorage so I could make my connecting flight to Fairbanks. They were even helpful in giving us instructions on how to accomplish check in and parking quickly so we would make our flight. As a family business ourselves I can understand the struggles. The cars may not be new (as I was told when I booked) but I can agree they are well maintained as we did well over 600 miles with no problems. I would be glad to recommend them and I can't thank them enough for saving the day.
