What a gem of a restaurant in Buxton, NC. This award winning spot delivers on flavor and personality. I had the Jerk Crabby Patty and experienced immense flavor with a nice mild heat. I highly, highly recommend checking out Buxton Munch Co when you are on your next visit to Hatteras. You can't beat the flavor and great selection of options.

So delicious! My taste buds are so happy right now. Normally I'm a little wary of fish, but I'm glad I tried their fish tacos with the sauce. Our waitress was fun and played with my kids. Definitely coming back.

Go eat here! Everything is made fresh! We got the blackened roll your own fish tacos (mahi mahi). The portions are very generous and delicious!

My wife really liked her meal, fish of the day (rock fish) tacos. I had the blackened grilled shrimp tacos. I would rate the mildly spicy shrimp a "5". I'd rate the accompanying sides a "3". It was the mediocre Mexican food sides consisting of watery black beans (not ideal for tacos), white rice (no substitutions), lettuce, and large shredded cheese.

Great local eatery! We waited about 20 minutes for a seat at the counter (only 2 of us- so that was fine.) FYI- There are only a handful of tables - larger parties need to be flexible. Our late lunch was well worth the wait! We had the homemade chips and salsa as an appetizer. Before we were finished with it, our food arrived. I ordered grilled old bay grouper tacos and my other half ordered grilled old bay shrimp tacos. Both platters arrived quickly. They were fresh, well-cooked and beautifully presented. I added onion straws. He added fries. Both were piping hot and delicious! Food is great and the atmosphere is quirky. Come hungry. Be patient. Leave happy and full! Highly recommend trying them out. We will return!
