We had a pickup order, I came in, it was ready - I went to leave and a very nice employee stopped me and said “wait! ~ I need to give you your ice cream cone!”. We were tired from driving and I would’ve easily left without it. Great example of superb customer service! She was also smiling, which is nice to see! Footnote: RV parking was a huge plus too!

We stopped on our way home to wait out severe weather that was passing through the area. We were welcomed in by the manager and staff with no hesitation even though it was getting late. They gave us free drinks, gave my granddaughter some chicken nuggets and even cleaned up a spill that was our fault. They did all of this without making us feel bad and with smiles on their faces!! They were by far an excellent example of what customer service and human kindness should look like! We appreciate them all so much!

This place was an absolute shambles. I’m not sure if it was because it was almost 11 at night. But it looked like they had a food fight in their kitchen and the lobby trash was completely overflowing onto the floor and surrounding tables. We almost walked out but got an apple pie just because we thought no one would be touching them. So sad!! McDonald’s used to be a place we would stop and grab a quick bite while traveling and use the restroom. It was just disgusting!

This mcdonald's is rough. Service times are slow. Cleanliness is lacking. I dined in one day and was so disappointed that I called the franchise owner's number which is displayed on the door. The phone number went to a mailbox and I left a message, but no one ever reached out to me. Sweet tea is never sweet. The only thing I could possibly say is that the food is usually fresh and they typically don't mess up orders(at least not in my experience). But definitely wouldn't recommend dining inside or eating here if you're in a hurry.

I ordered through the drive-thru. I end up with the wrong sandwich. I didn't know that until I got home. It was half my order and half the lady in front of me. The muffin was barely toasted and it had bacon instead of sausage. They put a sad small amount of bacon on a sandwich. Surely they can do better!
