This store is incredibly under-staffed, understocked and behind the times in tech equipment. What little staff is there are nice ... managers are totally unconcerned with wait times in pharmacy areas. I waited 4 times for 40 mins in one day and was hung up on all 4 times. Apparently pharmacy has lost staff which is understood because they are totally overworked. If there is no staff ... management should be stepping in to answer phones. Will report to corporate...there is something wrong going on here ... never seen a CVS in such a state. Scary for pharmacy to be in this shape ... this is very important access needed for people and their meds.

Horrible pharmacy is putting it mildly. Every time I call in it takes at least 30 min to get ahold of a live person, they need to set up a system that gives the option to have a pharmacist call back instead of making us wait and listen to the same horrible music and repeated info about vaccines over and over and over. I was just on hold for 26 minutes when they hung up and am having to call back again. Every time I go in to pick up medication I spend at least 30min-1hr waiting in line (and have to pick it because it's a controlled substance so I can't have it mailed). The pharmacists themselves are nice enough, and I understand they're short staffed, but I have already ran out of my medication and can't get a hold of a live person to make sure they order it before the weekend as they don't get orders in on the weekend and don't stock my medication. And this isn't the first time this has happened, it's a regular occurrence. I will have to switch pharmacies after I get this last refill as this has been negatively impacting my health as I need my medication to function day to day and they constantly delay and make it an absolute nightmare to get. Addition: second call I've been on hold 35 minutes and counting. When someone answered I gave her my name and she said she was with another patient and put me back on hold.

Unless you're willing to spend 30+ minutes waiting in line for your prescription (every time!) then you'll want to go somewhere else. Not to mention the store badly needs a remodel. SECOND REVIEW: 11 months later and this pharmacy still sucks. Waited again for more than 30 minutes for my prescription. Don't waste your time here folks. Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in the country!

Always a very long wait. Other Cvs stores are able to move you in and out. Can’t figure out what it is. The worst part is you have to smell puke-stained carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in 15 years. Trash in the aisle. Trash on the shelves. Shelves never stocked. Why is this manager still working? Too many people could use a good job and do a lot better at serving the public

After being put on hold twice without a live person actually acknowledging the call, I drove down there. Filthy store, no visible staff other than at pharmacy counter. Waited to get my prescription because the pharmacist was on a conference call. The person who handed me my prescription had trouble answering basic questions. Left my prescription & will never go back.
