No smile. No thank you. The manager just plopped orders on the counter and walked away. Very rude tone when she did speak to customers. I got a bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddle. I had to take out the bacon and egg to eat separately because the Mcgriddle part was not all the way cooked and it was mushy.

I just got my Egg McMuffin delivered by Door Dash and I was just about half done when I noticed a dead Bug. This Bug fell out of or off the sandwich when I put it down to take a drink of juice. I called the manager at McDonald's and was told to contact Door Dash which surprised me because McDonald's cooked the food. I am totally grossed out by what has happened and will never purchase from this McDonald's again. (Note the size of this Bug, I don't see how it was missed by the Employee) I advise anyone who purchases food from this McDonald's to carefully inspect their order before taking the first bite.

Overall good experience minus two things. There was a homeless guy on the side of the front door which is understandable cause of the area. Also the cheese burger and fries that I ordered were not hot as it could be. I was in a rush and couldn't wait for them to redo it. Overall a good experience with staff. If you plan on using the restroom, the worker has to let you in. The restroom was clean as you'll see in the photos above

Went through the drive in the early morning and was told to park and wait. We waited at least 15 minutes for our order while other people who drove up and walked in came out fast with their order. It was not a complicated order. McDonald's should be prepared before they open to serve customers better.

I have been sitting in the Drive-Thru and cannot get out for over 15 minutes, just stuck in line, because you can't get out. Why couldn't they have asked the car at the window to pull up and wait for their order? I'm sitting with kids in the car this is ridiculous never coming back here!! Update: I wrote this while waiting in that long line that you couldn't get out of and by the time I got to the window I submitted it. Well, I get my shake and it's like a cup of milk, they couldn't even redo it, just wow! I will never go back to that McDonald's!!
