It feels like a ghost kitchen. Doesn't resemble any versions of McDonald's of the past. There's no one to greet you. It doesn't smell like food in the lobby. Everyone in here looks super depressed. This used to be a place to bring your kids, or for friends to hang out and have shakes & fries. There's no soul here. I know it's just McDonald's, but dang...

Good food and service, fast and enjoyable. They have a play palace that kids love and use. Very spacious. I have had to climb up it to get my niece, but it's stable, good condition, and again spacious and safe for kids and easy for adults to retrieve their kids if an issue was to arise.

The food prep WAS NOT sloppy like every McDonald's and my food was hot! Not warm but hot it was great! Three crew working there is also super super nice not a rude bone in there. Best McDonald's I've been to. The only down fall which is not the works fault at all but the parking lot is set up terribly low cars beware.

Not a giant McDonalds fan, but leaving this review because I’ve worked on WS Young for two years so I occasionally come to the McDonalds. The service is 10/10 every. single. time. I have come for TWO YEARS! The drive thru line goes extremely fast (in two minutes today, I had ordered and gotten through the line of five people in front of me and got my food). Everyone is always very kind. Super impressed by the staff & the way this McDonalds is run.

I ordered through the drive-thru. I paid for my food at the first window and was told to pull forward to the next window. I was then toll to pull forward to the far window because my food wasn't ready yet. I waited at the last window for 15 minutes and nobody came. I had to go inside to pick up my food and then even then it took 5 minutes to get somebody's attention inside. If I visit that store again I will not pull forward I'll just stay at the window and either get my food or get a refund.
