Absolutely negligent location. The door did not lock, there was no cover for the bathroom exhaust fan (that also did not function), the repairs performed on the unit were worse than some of the slum lord rentals around, two outlets were exposed with live wires and no protective covers, and several light bulbs were burnt out. TV? Sure, there was TV but the remote was held together with painters tape and only functioned so-so. I asked for additional bath towels and was told "house keeping does not work on the weekends and we don't have clean towels". I voiced my concerns to the staff during my stay and was told maintenance also does not work on the weekends. I was offered no assistance and no substitute room. Upon check out, I had the joy to speak with the owner or manager. The staff called him the owner but he referred to himself as a manager. He took zero responsibility and kept saying how much better the hotel was since he took over four years ago. It was implied he was not a local to the location and it was clear he had no idea what was going on in his hotel. The icing on the cake was, that when I left to drop my partner off and get breakfast, upon returning to my room they were all ready turning it over. I had no checked out yet and it was two hours earlier than their check out time. If somebody hasn't been seriously hurt by this hotel's negligence, it will happen. Avoid this place at all costs. For $287 to cover two nights stay, it would've been better to sleep in my car. At least my doors lock and my vehicle is maintained to a standard where nobody would get a surprise jolt of electricity if they moved wrong.

I paid for two days in advance and If I could give them zero, I would. The app made the MOTEL look like it was a HOTEL! Said dogs were welcome. Then tried to make me move into another room. I asked them if I could just get reimbursed for a later date. And I am pretty sure they are trying to charge me another $20 on top of the extra $9 I paid just for no dumb crazy thing to happen. Just think about a run down Motel 6! I don’t like being negative just honest. Sleeping in your car is cleaner and safer. I feel cheated, I feel robbed, and I hope they STOP calling themselves AMERICAS BEST! That place was very disgusting and in this economy I should have know better. You definitely get robbed. It seems low and you can manage but that was horrible! I don’t blame any of the people there. Just trying to collect a pay check for Meth. Non of my business. No judgement. Times are hard but staying there longer than 8 hours was hard also and I was away for 6 of them. I just want whoever reads this. You have been warned. False advertising is an understatement!! Good Luck!! Peace, Love, and that place is worse than a 3rd world country. All jokes aside I do feel bad for them and anyone who is forced to live there.

This is one of the worst hotel on the whole planet. There is clearly people living there and drug abuse. The rooms were not clean and there are bed bugs in almost every room. Towels and bedsheets were dirty and carpets were burnt. Please save yourself some trouble and stay at a better hotel than this!

This place has so much potential, but sadly it is not on the upward climb. Everything here was clean but that's where it stops. The heater kept cutting off in the middle of the night and it was 7° for a low so that's not fun. The heater was also spewing mold or some other stuff from it causing a nasty discoloration of mucus when coughed up. There is no phone, no alarm clock, no cover for the fan in the bathroom, not even a coat hanger on the rack. The beds are pre 2010 the pillows died long before the mattresses were new. The locks or lack there of would make most people leave immediately with one missing and the deadbolt not working. The shower was a very unusual corner unit and the pressure was like using a garbage bag and poking holes in it for water pressure. Honestly the only thing in the end that had any redemption is it was better than camping because you had a bed, you had a flushable toilet and a hot shower. And last of all when I was checking in the room that I was quoted was full so instead of making appropriate changes was charged more for a different room for their error. That's it.

HEED MY WARNING- Where do I start? The moment I checked in the person at the front desk was very unkind and a little rude. Once I received my key card for the first room I almost couldn't find it because have of the room numbers are literally falling off the doors on the outside. I unlocked the door to the room and there were stains everywhere. The carpet was ripped up and the entire room smelled. The worst part was the piece that locks the door to the hinge, the part that goes on the wall was BROKEN IN HALF. So once I promptly went BACK down to the front desk to ask for a different room, he gave me new keys and I finally found the room after like 5 minutes of looking (once again because the number was broken off the door) I went to use my key card and the battery inside the card reader was dead. So I went back down to the front desk a THIRD TIME to tell him so he had to come up with me and use an actual key. The door itself was broken and had to be shoved open. Once entering the room it stunk so bad of cigarettes and God knows what else that I COULD TASTE IT IN MY MOUTH. not to mention the very very creepy door that looked broken and led to another room adjoining to mine. I eventually caved and just left and completely canceled my reservation. This is a place that crackhead and tweakers stay. Do not stay here. I'm a firm believer of "you get what you pay for" and my standards were already very low. And this sank so far beneath my standards it has taught me a valuable lesson in where NOT to stay. So I repeat. You get what you pay for. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Don't give these owners your money. There's probably bed bugs in every single room and it's just downright gross. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
