Since this location has completed it's remodel, the service has gone downhill quite drastically. I have been here on 3 separate occasions and the order has been wrong each of those 3 times. Timeframes ranging from 4am through 9am. Like some have mentioned, prior the remodel, this location was excellent and a local gathering spot. Now it has seemingly went the direction of a uninviting space where it has become awkward to even talk to anybody inside. It's quite sad to see what it has become.

They had a very nice store, looking very presentable at first. We came up to the doors and they were locked, but a customer inside let us in. As soon as we reached the desk we were abruptly and frankly rudely told that we had to go to drive thru, as their lobby closed at 9pm. We ended up going through drive through even after this and got our first mcflurry alright, followed by a sloppy ice cream cone. What really got me however was the next two. Another mcflurry that was supposed to be the grandma special that had no Butterscotch or crumble; so in essence just a vanilla mcflurry and another oreo mcflurry. Excited to try my oreo mcflurry I took it and I realized that my entire mcflurry was missing. There was a giant hole down the middle, with barely any Ice cream remaining down the sides. I basically paid for about a fourth of what should have been in there, for the whole price. Overall very dissatisfied with the entire ordeal and am disappointed.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Aside from the fact that at any given time, the staff is either about to croak at any second, or still trying to pass grade school, they take ungodly ammounts of time to get any order no matter how many people are in the store. I am currently sitting here going on 20 minutes for 2 drinks that were ordered on the app 5 minutes before getting here. Noone has any idea what they are doing, and management, not only rude, seem as if they are more interested in eating all the food instead of getting it to the customers. Highly disappointed in this establishment (if you can even call it that) along with many others in this day and age. Do your self a favor and cook at home. A microwave pizza is worth more time than coming here.

Took 3 orders at one drive thru before taking ours at the other drive thru, waited 26 mins in the car line, and I needed my caffeine and that whole wait just to hear "the machine is down." It's very ignorant.

Went for a late-night snack for my wife and our friend. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Food was great according to those that got something.
