Beds were very cozy. Bathroom was small but knew that going in. Could use a smart TV to making watching movies easier. Super clean, quiet and would happily stay again. Loved the cardless option by using an app.

We loved our stay at The Cabot Lodge! Yes, the rooms are petite, but beautifully kept, well designed with unbelievably comfortable beds! Our 20 something kids loved the attention to detail design of the rooms, free snacks and the comfy beds. Melanie and her son were the sweetest! They were very fun, engaging and helpful for area restaurant recommendations and bar soap :) The location is ideal for all the above and The Cabot Theater. Thank you!!

What a charming and beautiful hotel. I was impressed by the level of service; I was called a few days in advance to clarify parking and room key access. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the space was well thought out. Amazingly, our room was close to ADA compliant! Given the tiny house feel of this gem of a hotel, this is a space that could be navigated by the disabled. Our room had a roll-in/no step shower. There are grab bars all around it. The bathroom is large enough to transition in, with grab bars around the toilet. The sink in our room had a shelf under it that is wheelchair friendly. The front door to the hotel is a zero step entry, although the sidewalk is a bit wonky. I imagine that there are some dimensions and code expectations that aren’t met, but as a person who sometimes travels with a disabled adult child, our room (108; no ladder or loft here) offers more comfort than many designated rooms we have booked.

I stayed here with my wife to visit Salem and we had such a great time. The rooms are quite small but not claustrophobic — I found it charming and cozy instead. It’s immaculately clean and where it lacks in some amenities (table, chairs, refrigerator) it makes up for in quality. The hotel has a revitalized historic feeling to it which aligns with the small-town boutique hotel experience. The owner took a great deal of care in providing guests with exactly what they need to navigate the area, evident in the hand written guide available at the front desk. It contains a plethora of points of interest ranging from coffee and brunch spots to nearby beaches and parks. The Cabot Lodge left us feeling satisfied and cared for. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Our stay here was a little over 12 hours so it was perfect! As the pictures indicate, the rooms are tiny. Think euro style. The owner was incredibly lovely and the common area as well. For just two of us, heading into Salem for the day, and using the room just for sleep this worked great! The bed was super comfortable. The building is cute and is stay again!
