I never received my order it still says waiting for carrier to pick up and I guess I'm out 127$ because I thought I could depend it being delivered but they ended up making it right by refunding my money and sending me the shoes

If I could give no stars I would. The worker there on 7-27-23 have no earthly idea of what customer service really means. Staff was no help at all. I walked in to the door and there was no greeting or any kind of acknowledgement that I was even in the store. I browsed through the store for twenty minutes before finding the item I came to purchase on my own. When I went to check out they had the nerve to ask me if I found everything that I needed. The nerve of them...[sad]

Seems like the 5 employees there tonight didn’t not want to work there more than 10 minutes without any help while the store had no other costumers

Would be a better store if the xl associate “Arianna” with ten pounds of makeup didn’t have such a bad attitude and a loud crying baby with her at work. Couldn’t even get my sons shoes because she couldn’t do her job 🙄 it’s called child care, get a better job if you can’t afford it hun good lord
