We were put in a room facing a gas station parking lot. The parking lot was full of people loitering etc. The window didn't lock and the locks were broken off. The additional door locks had been removed as well. We requested another room and the mirror hanging on the wall by the window fell off & hit my husband in the head. Not much sleep as we were monitoring the roaches going in & out of the smoke detector. We only stopped here because my husband had been driving for 10 hours

Little confusing on how to get to the location from the main road but quick enough to solve, looks rundown from the outside, front desk staff was very nice, interior of the building is dated and rundown… my room upon entering smelt… stale? The top blanket on one bed had something… “sus” on it. The walls are dirty with random flecks of gunk. The floor had lint/dirt all over… the bathroom area smells like old smoke. And the view was a gas station… temperature is alright but the building is rough and needs some serious TLC. Oh also the smoke detector is MIA.

Clean room, hot water and great front desk staff. Walking distance to 2 steak houses and a Mexican restaurant. Next door to a gas station and a subway.

We stayed one night, and when we needed to find a hotel, I was told anywhere but here again. When you first walked into the room, the cleaning solution was so strong it gave us a headache. The beds are hard. They were remodeling but still using some of the old furniture as the lamp shades had "rust" on them. The coffee pot had dust on it and was dirty inside. Someone had propped the door open with a brick that needed a room key to open. For breakfast, they had no plates nor milk for the cereal. They do let pets stay, thankfully as he would be my only guard for safety. The bathroom did not have a vent and hardly room to dry off. The ceiling looked like water dammage, but you dont notice as the light switch does not turn the lights on. The switch turns electric on at the outlet where a rusty lamp plugs in at once you find it. We checked in luckily during daylight hours after a lady had to take over as the man could not figure it out. You get what you pay for, although it was a high rate for this type of quality.

This was a horrible experience! I had driven from Texas to get to Indiana to visit my only son and only child. I had to delay my trip due to heavy rain and wind so decided to call to get a room. I am disabled and asked for the 1st floor Well I hit there and there was no reservation for me on the 1st floor and no electricity!!! It was still raining and I was exhausted so I almost had to take the room. Not one person even tried to help me carry my luggage to the 2nd floor. Then it was HOT AS COUKD BE IM MY ROOM. Only the manager can adjust all the temperature. But she did offer a fan… it’ was a big box fan and I thought she was going to bring it up for me. But no, just says come back and get it if you have too much to carry!! WTH is wrong with young people today?? No respect. Even when her relief came in and she was still there, he just said “Here it is”. I’d definitely like a refund for this bad experience!!!
