As a contractor, I've never been treated like I've never picked up a tool before in my life. Needed some advice on proper sizing and fittings for PEX. I'm doing some work on my own home so I know that I can do everything as long as it's done properly. If I wasn't 100 percent confident I could do it perfectly, I'd call my brother who's a plumber. They wouldn't even give me any information. Just told me I needed to call a plumber. I'm sure I wasn't a huge sale at only 1500 bucks but that shouldn't matter. I treat all my customers with the utmost respect and will gladly give them information to help them on their homes. Location in Portland was phenomenal with help and info. But I live in Hillsboro. Guess I'll go to a different store. After talking to my brother, who's a plumber, he agreed that Ferguson has very poor customer service and doesn't seem to care. He highly recommends Consolidated. Guess I'll go there from now on.

Never answer their phones so you have to drive there just to see if they even have the parts you need. Then half the time they don't even have what you need. The other half they end up giving you the wrong supplies. I suggest to use anyone else if you can including home depot which is very sad and pitiful
