Not great. Amelia’s by the Hillsboro airport. I’ve had food delivered from Amelia’s (possibly another location) and it was great. Sadly, our dinner experience was not great. The atmosphere inside is loud, if you’re hoping to have a conversation during your meal, this probably isn’t the best place. I had a hard time hearing my friend who was sitting directly across the table from me. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was underwhelming. The corn chips were cold, the salsa tasted mostly like canned tomatoes. My salad was beautiful but it could have been much more enjoyable had it been dressed properly or had enough dressing been served with such a large salad. It did have some good attributes. The toppings were tasty, but lightly sprinkled over a lot of lettuce. The balsamic onions were good as well as the meat. Ultimately it was bowl of mostly dry lettuce so it ended up tasting bitter. The salad does have potential, it just wasn’t prepared as well as possible. There was no greeting from staff who just looked at me. Service was mediocre. Staff seemed unhappy and one staff member looked downright angry. Seemed like bad vibes. It was unpleasant. Since we cannot force staff to simply become happier, our alternative is to not return to that environment. My friend left her margarita because it tasted so much like sweet and sour.

The food was average at best and I will probably go elsewhere in the future. I received a pretty small portion size and my meal was close to flavorless. The food also took much longer than anticipated to be prepared. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since they seemed to be very busy at the time and all of their staff was working very hard to keep up with all the dine-in and take out orders.

Horrible food uneatable will never come back. Weird mystery me in burrito couldn’t even eat it took over an hour to get a while. Didn’t get my drinks until mid food. They put hot sauce on a kids shrimp entrée and when we asked for one without hot sauce on it for a kid, they charge us for both.

Kind of upset with my recent service. Good friend keeps telling me I need to try it, finally did. Ordered the Loco burrito with no beans, and extra carne asada. Got home, and it’s packed with beans and shredded chicken and NO pico de gallo as advertised on the menu. I only live a couple blocks, so I took it back and the waiter chewed out the guy in back. Made it fairly quickly but when I got this one home, there was no green sauce and still no pico. Clearly your chefs cannot be consistent and it’s extremely frustrating, I’ll still eat it because I’m tired of driving and I just want to chill but this is nonsense.

I love this place... The food was so good, but this time the service was horrible... We sat at our table for 15 minutes without seeing a server... And finally when he came over it, was hurry up and eat.
