Zippys is a great place to eat at, ive never been disappointed with any meal they have. They have a huge selection of plates to choose from and breakfast to lunch/dinner. Waiters are nice and friendly. The food usually come out quick. Me and my family love going there 😊 also a great dessert is the brownie delight with nuts and caramel

Tonight me and my family decided to dine in at Zippys Vineyard . I’m actually writing this review because of the food I was served. I ordered a Korean Chicken Breakfast Plate and when I saw my plate I had three tiny pieces of chicken. The rice was flat on the plate instead of scooped. There was so much green onions all over the plate. When I tasted the rice, it was wet and mushy. Usually I always love to dine in at Zippys Mililani because they have great service and hot, delicious food but I wasn’t expecting this. I ordered grilled cornbread as well & It tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. It tasted very dry and cold. The thing is I love Zippys but overall the food did not taste hot and fresh and for the increase of pricing, I paid $15.00 for this plate and it only came with three tiny pieces of chicken and two pieces of bacon. The service was okay. Especially for the increase of prices, I really just wanted my food to be hot and the portions decent for the price I’m paying. If I could give any feedback, please don’t serve your customers with cold food and I also advise anyone who dines in not to drink the water because it is extremely tap and a lemon wedge does not mask the tap flavor. I totally understand maybe the chefs working there wanted to go home but all my food was cold and the portions of food I got did not equal for the price I paid for.

Many of the places are gone and if it's still here? It's Not the same? I have always liked going to this restaurant but the food is a bit tasteless and I am curious about Who's idea for the Taco salad on rice 🤷? Customer service? ...? Had to get a " flaky" 4 of them and Yes? I ate it All! While waiting in line, there wasn't one? I watched the staff notice me and Yet did nothing? It took this lady who was cleaning to look up and noticed that I wasn't being attended too. She stopped with a smile, and acknowledged me. Took my order and went to the bakery " why isn't there someone Always there"? She was delightful so we talked a bit. We talked about the wonders of children and their friends " her son works there w/Frank" look for them. It was rather nice to have had that opportunity to remember what customer service is about. I caught her 1st name but I had to go back and w/ the help of Frank ask her son, name? Ramona Williams..= customer service.

When visiting from the U.S. Mainland, I usually visit this Zippy's location because it's close & convenient to where my relatives live. Service is usually fast & efficient, the restaurant is reasonably clean, and the menu selection and quality are excellent. As a creature of habit, I usually order the Korean Fried Chicken plate ($17.65, Sept. 2023). A somewhat healthier version is the Korean Chicken Salad ($16.45). And we usually check out the bakery selection (Napoleon's Bakery) for something sweet to take home.

I came to Zippy's Vineyard with friends. My food was so-so. But my friends liked what they ordered. Service was so-so. I would come back to try other dishes.
