Rude staff in pharmacy! Pulled up didn't see anyone, waited and pressed the call button. Older woman with dark hair picked up and rudely let me know they'd get to me when they get time and hung up walked away. If you don't like customers don't deal with customers. Canceling my prescriptions and going to thrifty white from now on.

I love going to Walgreens. All the people who work there are extremely nice and patient especially a worker named Natalie. She is soo nice and patient. I look forward to seeing her there. She is a good hard worker

Had some questions about the status of a prescription, tried calling the store, closed, closed on a Monday. Tried the online chat, can't help because something about different state, sent me to call consumer assistance, tried to connect me to the closed pharmacy, told them the pharmacy was closed, told them why I called them, wanted to connect me with a different pharmacy. Wasted 45 minutes of my life on that and the only thing I learned was Walgreens customer service sucks,when you actually need assistance!

I've been a regular Walgreen's customer every since it opened up in Hibbing. Excellent customer service, from digging up coupons at the cosmetics counter for my purchases, saving me tons of money, to friendly smiling faces and sincere interactions with customers. A very pleasant place to shop.

Such a friendly atmosphere! I never feel like I can't approach one of the employees! They're knowledgeable of their products, and are so helpful! The store is clean, checking out is a breeze, and you just know you'll be going back when you walk out the doors!
