They randomly go on break, leave a hand-written note on the door, and then lock the door. Do not risk driving here unless you want to be stuck waiting 20+ minutes for them to get back! (Note: I arrived on Monday at 4:40pm just to find a sign saying they’d be back at 5:10pm)

This business has the best return policy because if you don't like it withing 30 days you can return it. However, they should have a way to sample so that there won't me many returns. I'm very happy with the customer service at this location.

I expected to walk in here today and use the coupons that were sent to me from GNC. But they had expired on a Saturday instead of on a Sunday so that customers can shop all weekend. However, all was not lost as Frank, the salesperson, was able to work out the products with incentives to still make it worthwhile for me to make my purchases. Now that's customer service!

This store is fantastic! I'm a regular here and I find the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There are always great deals on items and there is a huge variety of products!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I drive fifteen minutes out my way just because the staff knows so much about the products they sale.
