CAREFUL!!! 😱😱😱😱😱 Unfortunately, a racist/xenophobic employee yelled at me when I went to get ice for my daughter who had injured her foot and said that we immigrants shouldn't be here. I returned my snack and she was debating, clearly irritated with serious psychological problems about letting me return everything I was doing in a peaceful way and I did so. I believe that the lack of good education she did not receive was the main reason for not understanding that she should let me return the product in peace and have the courtesy to resolve her problem with her manager after I left and not create a problem within of the store between employees and customers. DO NOT COME TO THIS RACIST STORE. NOTE: THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY POLITE. BELOW I WILL POST THE LINK TO THE VERBAL AGGRESSION I SUFFERED

Been to this location 3 times. For fast food restaurants I don’t write review right away because I believe a specific worker doesn’t make up the whole restaurant, but each time I came I had a different issue. I waited 20 minutes for my food, thinking it would be fresh, but fries were old all 3 times. I made my meal large and I received a large fries with medium drink. I told the worker and he said well my screen says medium..

I don’t do too many reviews on Fast Food places because everyone eats here on a daily basis but the few times i do go to McDonald’s is definitely for the McTeri Burger. I LOVE this Burger-alot. DRIPPING in delicious sweet Teri Sauce and slathered in mayonnaise with onions makes it so delicious. Limited Time Only. I really wished they would make this a Hawaii Exclusive! A slice of pineapple added would be nice too. 👍 Update:3/29/2023 Had the Shamrock ☘️ Shake. It was ok. Same as I remember. Minty, Thick which was good. Just wished they could at least put a cherry on top. A whole cherry too, not half but there was none at all so that was a complete bummer. If your going to offer a limited item that comes once a year, it needs to be better than shakes that are already out there on a regular basis, or ones you can make at home. Especially with the heavy hitter fast food joints that are coming to the islands soon, its time to improve, not take away from long time menu offerings. Just my opinion. I do however, love their fried apple pies, its been on the menu forever and the only time I’ve ever stopped eating them was when they had changed to baked ones. To my great relief, they made the decision to switch back and now I buy one everytime we stop by there. Update: 4/20/2023 I still wasn’t feeling well today so the husband picked up McDonald’s for the family for dinner tonight. He had his regular order - Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Large Fries & Large Sprite. He got my mom the Chicken Sandwich and I got a Plain Cheese burger Happy Meal with double fries, fruit punch and a frozen coke. I gave him all my fries since I wasn’t feeling well. I wanted drink the frozen coke though. Really hit the spot. And was I was really happy after my Happy Meal Toy was the one I wanted: The Masked Singer “The Prince” Frog 🐸!! Yay! Woo- Hoo! 🥳 Updated:07/05/2023 Its been awhile since I had breakfast here. Its not my favorite but my mom paid so no complaints about freebies. Lol 😂 Hotcakes with sausage is my regular breakfast item if I’m stuck having breakfast there. Nothing special. Same taste as back in the 80’s, of course I got their fried apple pie. Still a classic 🩷 Updated: 07/10/2023 My Husband picked us up dinner here tonight. Since last month, I really wanted to try the Grimace Birthday Meal because of the Grimace Shake and was finally able to try it today. In order to get the Shake you must order it as a meal. There are two Grimace meals available: #1 version is Big Mac, your choice of size fries and a grimace shake,medium or Large #2 version is 10 pcs. Chicken Nuggets, your choice of size fries and a grimace shake,medium or Large. We ordered both. By the way I ordered this online because I usually customize things like the Big Mac and it’s easier because the intercom at the drive thru sometimes is garbled, slo poke people 😴 and sometimes language barriers makes it difficult so I would highly suggest you doing this. The Big Mac tasted terrible plus it didn’t help they forgot the cheese. Flavorless and dry. The Chicken Nuggets were seriously undercooked, I was so mad I threw it in the fridge. The next day, I had to microwave it for TWO minutes PLUS throw them in the toaster oven to get crispy!!! They also COMPLETELY forgot the two apple pies too!! Feeling very frustrated, I gave all my fries to my husband. Didn’t eat one. The ONLY thing that saved this disaster of a meal was the Grimace Shake. I personally loved it. It was a Berry taste. They mixed it well too thank goodness or I would’ve gone bananas. I called them to make a complaint so we will see if they make good on their mistake.* * my husband went back to pick up the missing apple pies. They corrected the mistake and made everything right again. Thanks to the management for treating the customers fair. Went home very satisfied. Aloha!

I don't really write reviews but this reviews is well deserved. Lastnight I was heading home from a 16 hours work day and just wanted to get food and go home. When I went through the drive through I was so tired and usually when I go to other locations they either can't hear you, very slow, need to repeat myself or got my order wrong. But when I went through this drive through it was fast easy and quick. I just wanted to say this woman at the first window (they call her T) was awesome she took my order, she was quick, I didint have to repeat myself at all and she was very friendly, mind you she was multitasking (taking order and counting money) and my order came correct.Thank you! Also my food was great!!!!!!😁

My order was almost completely messed up. My daughter's hamburger meal came with cheese on it when it was only supposed to have ketchup. I ordered 2 Double Quarter Pounders and got 2 chicken sandwiches instead. Not the first time we've gotten cheese on our orders when we said no cheese but it is the first time we've gotten a completely different food than what was ordered. The boxes say the correct thing but the insides have the wrong food.
