This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. My family and I ate inside. We put our order in at the kiosk, took a number, and sat at a table. Instead of bringing the food out they yelled out our number. We picked up our food and was missing several items. My wife went up to the counter and waited while 2 other customers got waited on. I went up and got the ladies attention that was running the food from the back to the counter. She was very rude with me. I tried to explain what was missing and she walked back to the computer screen to look up our order before I could finish. Then she stayed there hollering back at me and said she can't hear me because of the noise in the back. It couldn't have had anything to do with the airpod in her ear. My quarter pounder couldn't have been made fresh, because it was cold. My daughter ordered her fry without salt. It was one of the items missing and when we got it, they were over cooked and salted. My wifes fry and mine came without salt, but we had ordered them with. The lady only gave me one salt pack. The hot fudge Sunday was melted down and not filled to the top (probably was made earlier and sat). I would have went back up, but I didn't want a conflict. She seemed edgy like I did something wrong by bringing up the mistake. The lady seemed to have potential but needs educated on proper customer service. I'm glad I don't live down here, because if this was my only option for mcdonalds, I would never go again.

I'm an everyday customer and know most of the staff. Well this morning I'm in line at kiosk placed my order and to the counter to pay in LINE. This angry white guy comes in from side complaining of something left out the order,the associate serving me at the counter stops because she says he was there first. I think it was to shut him up from order being wrong,either way to stop my service wasn't appropriate

Newly renovated and ran almost autonomously this particular location has had many favorable upgrades during his renovation and runs like a well oiled machine

Food was out quickly and hot. Order on kiosk put drink type in and took table marker, Staff brought food out to our table in bags and handed us empty cups.

No lines but everyone within the 22 minutes I was there waited around 22 minutes for each order being placed until received. Very unfriendly staff. Don't make eye contact with them 😆 as predators see that as an act of aggression. Don't ask for them to correct your order as this will only serve to anger them.
