Came to 7 Eleven for the free slushie and some food woth some friends. However the associates there lied saying they were no longer doing it today. When inquiring further showing them that no where is it advertised to be limited by time or location, they became very rude and proceeded to say "it depends on which franchise"...which of course makes 0 sense. Totally shocked at the horrible "customer service" at this location. Myself and the friends that came with took our business to sheetz, we won't be coming back to this store again, and honestly makes me hesitate to come back to a 7 Eleven period. Please honor what you advertise and hire/train better staff.

Incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Said Good morning when going up to the cashier , got nothing in return besides a glance up and down. Finished my purchase, my receipt was tossed carelessly in my bag. As I was leaving the cashier who said nothing to me cheerfully said hello good morning to the person behind me. This was the first and last time I stop here.

I was traveling from Massachusetts to Georgia with my mother, and I wanted to stop at 7/11 on bring-your-own-cup-day for a slushie. My cup was a perfect fit, but the owner wouldn't let me use it because the edges just BARELY touched. He was rude and cold and dismissed me even though there have been many other 7/11's that have let people with much bigger cups participate. So I went outside and sanded the top of the cup down on the concrete. While I was sanding, my elderly mother went inside and asked to use the bathroom, and the owner said there wasn't a bathroom there...?! She asked him where he used the bathroom, and he said OUTSIDE!!!! OMG, so gross!! So I went back inside with my damaged cup and pride. He finally gave in and led me to the slushie machine, but none of the machines worked!! Yet, when we drove up the store, someone was walking out of it WITH A SLUSHIE. Save yourself a trip and Don't Go Here!!!!

They know this is the only 7-Eleven in Hagerstown, but the one day they give a free Slurpee's on 7-Eleven day, the slurpee machine is down, Which I guess I was fine with. I just brought a drink in the meantime, but the next day I come in, explained that the manager that the machine wasn't working yesterday, and if that I could get a Slurpee today, instead, I even show my picture of the sign where the machine wasn't working just in case he didn't believe me. The guy was acting like it was coming out his paycheck, I feel like that's something you should grace a customer with considering it was supposed to be free the day Before.

I will never stop in that store again. I came in to get a few snacks, before giving the owner my money I asked him if he could give me change or do I need to buy something. He told me I needed to buy something so I took one of the items back because I was going to make two separate purchases. He then snatched that out of my hand and said no I can't do that. I asked well what's the difference if I'm paying for? I just said okay well I need change so I'll put the gummy bears back and then just get those somewhere else, but I'll get this! He then proceeded to get mad and snatched everything away and said you're not buying anything go buy it all from next door. Lol really? I chuckled and asked him what was the problem I was still making a purchase from him I just needed change he then proceeded to call me a racist. Hello sir we're both minorities. I asked him who the manager was and then he proceeded to say I'm the owner and kept continuing to be disrespectful. Come on you're the owner and you act like that? no wonder you always have a now hiring sign on the door smh
