This company is only out to steal money from people who don’t have enough money to rent a car or take a train. My bus never showed up, and the man at the ticket booth couldn’t give me any information about where it was. The next bus was a ‘relief’ bus due to its original bus breaking down, and didn’t leave our station until an hour after it was scheduled to. Due to all the delays I was unable to make my connecting train, costing me time and money. Refunds are apparently only done on the website and through email correspondence. I have only received automated emails saying there will be no refund issued. No real person at this company is helpful. Customer Service through the website is a dead end. DONT USE GREYHOUND. They will rob you.

I made a reservation at a good price online and activated the cash service. But when I arrived at the company's headquarters, I was surprised that they did not accept cash. But they accept new reservations at a higher price and also cash. In addition, buses have noises on the side that make annoying noises, and throughout the trip I do not feel comfortable and cannot even sleep. it's bad

To tell the truth I took Peter pan bus, my bus was for 3, my cab broke down so I got to the station at 3 I looked at the bus driver eye to eye he said no but the clerk was so nice he said sorry what I do for you is you can get on the next bus with the same ticket dam I didn't take his name i was very upset he really made me feel better, that was very nice 😀 thank you clerk he was a little skin wore glasses

The bus station is good but the bus, in this route, is almost never on time. Mostly there's a delay or cancelation departing and arriving

The engine of the 10:05 bus Hartford-Boston broke down and the passengers had to wait for 2 hours by the highway. The driver had no clue of how solving it. She advised the passengers to take an Uber. In the middle of the highway. Someone did. Finally we got rescued by the NY line. Apparently there are no clear instructions for fixing this kind of problem.
