These people Have the Rudest pharmacist working in this store . Especially the light skinned man with the curly hair !!!! Mind you I left the hospital 2 hours ago why isn’t my meds ready ? So Ok fine I’ll wait. Then he says “you can leave or come back tomorrow” how inconsiderate is that to a person who needs their meds !!!!!!!!!! Just horrible . Hire more pharmacist who actually enjoy their job or have better customer service or just get your meds elsewhere. As I wait for my meds I hear him giving customers in drive thru and store a nasty attitude and telling them “well we are backed up come back in a hour” I suggest more pharmacist be hired if you are 3 days behind because that shouldnt reflect on patients who need their meds

Very poor service from staff. I would even call it non-existent! Yes. They were at work but they didn't speak or acknowledge customers let alone answer questions or offer assistance. Sad to say, that type of negative human behavior makes a strong case for robots! 😢

So I’m normally prescribed a very low dose narcotic, and have been for years now to take as needed due to chronic pain. I’m having surgery next week and was prescribed a very strong narcotic, 18 pills, for recovery post surgery. I drop off on a Friday, and go to pick up on a Sunday morning because I figure the line will be fairly short. Well, they didn’t tell me they couldn’t fill this script without calling the doctor first, (which they can’t do over the weekend, of course) so I drive down there, leave with the one bottle of anti nausea pills (also for post surgery), think I have the other pills and get home to realize a few hours I don’t have the narcotic. Now, I’m panicking, wondering if I even gave them the script, dropped it, I have no clue as to why I don’t have it in the bag, so I call them and they explain all that. They should probably go ahead and call me, tell me that they can’t fill it or even tell me at the pharmacy when I go to pick it up. I was only told the total and to sign for it, maybe they would question why I put down my license? Something? Really, just let me go home and wonder why? They claimed they tried to call me (they didn’t) but I receive three phone calls a day from cvs saying scripts are ready, scripts are ready, scripts are ready over and over again until I finally go and get them. Oh and I answer it every time, I know it’s them and what they are saying. Really not cool. On top of that, all of the other times I wait in line forever, they don’t have what I go there for to begin with in stock, people act like jerks in the parking lot, yeah I could go on and on. I’m picking up this script when ever it finally gets filled and I’m NOT going back. I know they definitely couldn’t care less about this review, but maybe someone who values their time, will.

I enjoyed my visit,and and used the BP machine to see if the long walk didn't kill me.The $2 reward made me feel appreciated.The young man checking me out was personable and I would've talked longer but there was someone waiting.
