I truly hope Avis run out of business, this is the biggest scam car rental place ever. Do not get a Uber rental or regular rental from here. The representatives on the phones are not in America and don’t care to help you. The people that work in the office, are aware of this and do not clean the vehicles or take care of them.. because they will get paid either way. The cars are disgusting and they will not refund you for false advertising. There is no management to speak to, no fraud department, no refund department, NOTHING! I promise you, you will regret it. I just had the worse experience for the 2nd time and I will make sure I get every penny back even if I have to spend more money taking them to court. It’s ok, it needs to be done, just look at the other reviews. Sometimes they don’t even have cars available.. even though the website says they do.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I rent a car on 02/16/24 and the car was dirty and smell crazy, I even had to clean the trunk because had empty beers cans and garbage!! The lady never even cleaned the outside!! The only good thing was at the drop of even it was a lot of people and I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be able to return it!! The girl when I drop it off was so nice and was handling everything in the best of her capacity because she was alone and had like 8 people and 2 of them was with actitud but she never went out of character!! She apologized even that she was by herself and at one point she had 2 guys with different situations yelling at her and she was trying her best to help everyone!! Her name started with M is like marylin or something like that!! I hope the administration see this and give her a raise, bonus or a promotion for everything she do to try to keep everyone calm and happy even at the worst when people was getting frustrated because we all had waiting for a long time!! If u return the car dirty, smelling bad and with stains u will get charged 450 but that's how I received the car and no one gave me not even a discount even i had to clean all that mess, took the bad smell out, trow the garbage out so I can put my stuff in the trunk for my birthday trip!!

I usually do my rental business in another state so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I stopped in for assistance on a tire. I was beyond pleased and relieved when Melvin Harrell and Onella quickly worked together to see what they could do to resolve the matter, within minutes I was back on road with a safer vehicle. They were extremely pleasant, professional and reassuring which was so needed & greatly appreciated!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have there employees working by themselves checking in and out and cleaning as they go. 6 plus people in line. They didn't have the type of car to match our reservation (gas economy vehicle) and gave us an "upgrade" an Ioniq electric vehicle. The piece of crap died on the way to a charging station with 9 miles on it still left. Battery full gets you about 115 miles. Strait CACA! Avis sends a tow truck. The tow truck says he is not suppose to drop us off at the Avis he just takes the car to a lot. But he does out of kindness. We get to Avis and they need to wait for a report from said lot. Nothing, NOTHING can be done until they get a report. No exchange. No car. Guess what?! They have no car for us. And if they can get us a car it is another electric vehicle. We called multiple numbers and spoke to multiple people. Everyone says something different and most did not give us accurate information or any type of resolution. If I can I will be reporting them to the BBB and the news. If I could I would sue. They are a bunch of scammers!!!!! Worst rental experience of my life.

I've been using Avis since 2006, I'm a preferred member, so why do you need to do a "soft credit" check on my card? This location is slow and has several inexperienced workers working there. There is not key drop box for after hours and good luck getting an uber, why is there no shuttle?
