Old, run down which needed to be addressed during our stay. Overpriced for the room we had, but very clean. But the owner was so sweet and helpful. He printed out tickets for an event we went to and our boarding passes when we were flying home. He fixed several issues we had with our room and went out of his way to be pleasant and helpful.

Update: I stayed here again tonight, Nov 22 for work. The front desk guy was absolutely amazing and hunted down a phone charger for me since I unfortunately didn't bring any belongings thinking it was a one day job. So I definitely have to give a big shout out and thank you! You saved me big time! Friendly front desk staff. Stayed here for one night because I was out of town for work. The rooms are nice for a night or 2 and the front desk guy was absolutely amazing and super friendly. You also get parking right in front of your room. Beds are comfy and the rooms have a/c and heating.

The room is good enough to sleep in for the night. However, it is way overpriced for what you're getting. The price point advertised was $60 but after fees we paid $100 to sleep for 6 hours. We were also in an area with little to no Airbnb and we were tired from traveling. The staff was nice enough, but there are better options for a little more money close by.

Overall, this Inn was not worth the money spent to reside there for the time that we stayed. The room we were given was furnished cheaply and not correctly (advertised as having a queen sized bed when it did not.), given the information we were given for our room when we reserved it. The TV did not work for the majority of the time we were there, the clock was not set and flashed the entire time until I just unplugged it. The stand up shower was just a separate tiny room from the bathroom and had a slick floor with no safety strips on the floor to keep from falling due to a wetness. Overall, the room we had, has the look and feeling that it was a converted office space into a cheap hotel room. There was very loud construction work being done during the day into the early evening. Fortunately, we were out to a family event most of the time there, so we didn't have to deal with the noise much. The final straw was the free breakfast that was offered for guests... cheap coffee and store bought Little Debbie's (cosmic brownies, honey buns, strawberry tarts, etc.)! Honestly, I cannot recommend this Inn, in good conscience, until it is much improved in room quality and basic promised services. The only redeeming quality it had, in my honest opinion, is it's central location in downtown Hermiston.

The manager here is very awesome. Such a kind and compassionate person. The rooms are very clean and so is the outside areas. A small complimentary breakfast is included and good cable channels here to also there is wifi here that works pretty good to. All in all a good place to stay.
