Food has always been delicious! No question about that. I just disliked the closing of the main lobby so often. Wow and the drive thru is always long except when I don't want to eat so the lobby is easier. The one other thing that the city needs to assist these businesses to prevent what is happening in big cities, is the homeless. The areas around the building. ( the shrubs at corner by exit has been littered by people) just makes the area seem dirty. Plus having their stuff at the front doors. How is that supposed to make me feel when I walk into the restaurant?

I would like to start off with the amazing customer service I was provided with. A young gentleman name Miguel was the person that was taking my order very respectful man and kind. There were two other very nice gentlemen name Isreal and Pedro asking if I needed anything else and were kind enough to throw away my trash and were very respectful to me. Best McDonald’s’s out there.

I never usually give more than 3 stars for a McDonald's. But I feel this particular McDonald's in Hermiston Oregon was a little extra special, we have six people with us. The food was typical, drinks typical, atmosphere typical. BUT They BROUGHT our meal(s) TOO US at our table. And even went back and grabbed our drink cups for us since we hadn't gotten them when ordering. THEN of all things, one of the workers came up to us all and asked if we would like our drinks refilled.; then came back and offered to take our garbage away. O.M.G. I've NEVER seen this at ANY McDonalds. Coodos to this McDonalds!!

We always do curbside pickup and the staff is always quick and friendly. I got happy meals for my kids and everything was great except for the apple slices. the bag the apple slices came in had a horrible smell of plastic and chemicals. even upon opening the bag and smelling inside it smelled like nail polish remover. This is obviously not the fault of the employees who work hard everyday and are always great but McDonald’s cooperation should really be more considerate in what they are giving to children.

How hard is it to follow a list of items that belong in an order. I pay more in door dash fees because you guys can’t fulfill a simple order. I have to constantly report a missing item or multiple. If your employees are being paid 15$ an hour they need to be doing their job correctly because that’s just sad. Either they need to learn to read or follow directions. It’s not that hard.
