$8 for 2 pieces of ham, one strip of bacon, and a handful of pickles. Unbelievable. I asked for a 13 with no changes at all and I get less than Subway gives for $2 less. Mind you: this is at 4:30 with no one in drive thru. Just 4 employees standing around chit chatting with nothing better to do, and this is what they hand out for $8. Luckily in Gaylord, we have 3 Subways, a Firehouse sub, and a Jersey Mike's. All of which won't give you this joke of a sandwich.

I asked for no tomatoes on my wrap and sandwich. There was tomatoes on both. Also forgot to put my hummus and pita chips in the bag. Found a hair in my pesto pasta. Won't be returning here.

Ordered delivery from Jimmy John's and I'm highly impressed with the quality of the food, and the value of how much I got for 20 bucks. I will say I'd appreciate them having more vegetarian options, but the veggie sandwich I got was so tasty! Sauces are on point here and lettuce is extra crispy. Delivery came on time and delicious!

I’m a regular to Jimmy John’s around the state as I travel for business. This was my first visit to the new Gaylord location, my #6 was beyond fantastic, and my sofa cold. But I found service to be substandard. The group in front of me ordered and stepped aside, the the csr left the counter and I stood there for 3-4 minutes until someone else helped me. My easy #6 took about 5 minutes to prepare, a bit slow. Overall the place was fine and I will be back, but service can improve.

The portions are nice but the bread is tough like its day old. I say that as some one who was a manager at JJ's for a little over a year. I thought the bread was the "key" at Jimmy Johns?
