The customer service that this team provides is by far unsurpassed!! Everyone in the rental office from Gymeika, Miguel, Alberto, and Ashley makes their customers a priority and will go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and meet your every need. The staff is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional, and their chemistry allows them to perform optimally as a team 🤝🏼. They also really take the time to get to know each and every customer. They greet you by name, give courtesy calls and reminders, and will help you plan ahead as well. Their equipment is fairly new, well maintained, clean, and always very reliable. We definitely recommend Penske at Fulton Industrial to anyone who may be in search of truck rental and leasing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have rented from Penske a few times recently and walked away with an ok, or I will just accept it feeling. My normal spot did not have what I needed and I was referred to a different location which turn out to be the best re-routing I’ve ever experienced. Miguel at the Fulton Industrial location greeted us by name and with an open door as we pulled up slightly early. The customer service we received was literally top notch. Miguel is very knowledgeable concerning all aspects of the business including letting us know how to partner with our business for better results. His co-workers were just as nice and knowledgeable and everyone was alert and attentive to our conversation and needs. We left this place motivated and with a smile on our face that hasn’t ended! We will always return to this location no doubt😊

Penske switched the location of our rental location without notifying us and the rental agent here was very unhelpful and dismissive. We've rented from here several times and have never received this kind of service. Make sure you get here way before you need your truck incase there's an issue. We called customer service and they were able to resolve the situation thankfully.

I had the experience of rental a truck from this location. The customer service from Gymeika and Miguel were very professional and transparent. Gymeika explained the policy and inspected the truck for prior damage. This was only suppose to be a one time rental however; Miguel received the truck back that evening and encouraged me to leave the account open....Good employees

I must say the people at Penske the support people that I dealt with over the phone and even the people that showed up that didn't find the problems and I'm being a Automotive Technical trainer for over 20 years I knew the problem but they didn't listen to me and it took five different calls I'm five different days of me sitting there not being able to leave a terrible Georgia to head to Ormond Beach Florida because the vehicle wouldn't start had multitude of electrical problems with all of the dash lights coming on the gauges moving radically even when the key wasn't ignition sometimes only being on and off in a few seconds or an hour batteries that had bad cells in it even though I was told by four other people that they had tested the battery so they were good when you went to start at the battery voltage would either go to 0 or 3 volts which finally the fifth guy change out the batteries but the battery still went dead because of the constant draw of the lights coming on and then it started having severe driving problems due to its high tech and accident Collision sensors and control mechanisms which malfunctioned on this vehicle which I eventually would I refuse to drive it and had them come pick it up which they did very nicely you know it was a problem with the truck it wasn't with Penske the Penske people were great other than some of the service technicians really didn't know what they were doing or too lazy to do the job right but other ones were fantastic I guess that's like all jobs but overall the Penske people were great sadly I just had a truck that had many electrical issues and other problems which laziness and lack of proper Technical Training it took five different service technicians to find the problem which I kept telling everyone of them because I I am a master technician I taught automotive technology for over 20 years I knew the problem they wouldn't listen to me so I sat in Georgia for 5 days when I should have been on my way to Florida that was not good
