Love the store however I hate being approached at the register while I’m scanning all my items and asked to upgrade the membership for 60 dollars. No, I paid for the membership I have! Leave me alone. They came back multiple times to ask!

Cheyenne did a great job. 14 year employee making with beginners were making . Great attitude happy go lucky good worker. Problem solver, always happy to help.

This review is for the bakery and staff. Worst experience ever. Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance. The day it was due to be picked up, they call and say the edible ink printer is down but that the cake is already made. Stop to pick it up and the staff initially ignored us--after standing there 10 minutes to pick it up someone finally came over. The cake has the worst icing job I've ever seen; it's spotty, places weren't covered, and the border icing was falling off. They were supposed to write a birthday message on it (with icing, not the printer) and didn't then refused to because we had already set it in our cart. The cake had zero of the designs on it yet they still charged us full price for it. The vanilla portion was good, but the chocolate portion of the cake was so dry it was hard and the kids wouldn't touch it. DO NOT order a custom cake from there--take your $50-60 to a support a local baker. They didn't notify us in time to order from somewhere else and once we got there to pick it up we were told we had to keep it because it was custom, even tho it looked awful. This was for a sweet 16 party, which is a milestone, and looks cheap and shoddy. Updated 11/30/2023. Was 5 stars, but ... Best lunch stop ever. The pretzel pizza is so good and the prices absolutely cannot be beat. Every employee I've dealt with was great, but one (Kyle, was wearing a green vest) was exceptionally kind, and seems great at his job. Interacted well with the cashier and seemed very enthusiastic.

Drove 3 hrs from Norman after calling and verifying the store had two ps5 Spider-Man bundles, which they didn’t. Then they would honor the ps5 price but not the game, which would have cost me another $70. So I’m out 6hrs of diesel. Poor excuse for customer service. Trying to stick it too the customer instead of owning the mistake, she mentioned not honoring the overall due to it flagging higher ups? So you don’t want them to know you screwed up.

2nd time I went to Sam's club. It was for work as I do not have a membership. They have everything. It's great for bulk shopping. They have everything from seafood to cleaning chemicals, computers to clothing. Bed frames and mattresses, flooring options, fresh seafood. Baby items. I wish I would have had more time to look around!
