Don’t give me wrong I love the flavor of the drinks and the way that atmosphere is there at Starbucks everybody’s always so friendly. There’s only one thing wrong every time I order a drink with light ice, they seem to fill up my cup with to much ice all the way to the second line. as you can see on my drink it says light ice. And do mobile orders all the time it even says customize. I even customize it for light eyes, and I am honestly thinking I’m never gonna get a cup with light ice on it.

This used to be the best Starbucks in FS. I’ve been coming here almost every weekday for over a year. I’ve noticed the regular employees that I always saw are gone and yall have hired completely new people. Well the new crew needs better training! Or find competent employees! I always order from the app on my way there and lately it’s STILL a 15-20 minute wait for ONE DRINK. Even when I’m only one of two customers waiting. Many times my drink has been made completely wrong. And what’s the point of doing a mobile order when they don’t start making it until I pull up to the window?! The latest screw up: they gave me a breakfast sandwich THAT WAS STILL FROZEN. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Just drive a couple more miles and go to the store on Roger’s. This one is just disgraceful.

Super friendly employees, very helpful. Super clean store ,floors , tables, food dispenser, counter .beautiful modern bathrooms super clean. 6 employees waiting to help with good attitude and good service . They have 5 new products available . Something very important , they have mask to protect themselves and customers. Thumbs up 👍 to this store.

This location is clean, staff are friendly. Service is fast. Overall good Starbucks to stop and enjoy your favorite coffee while traveling through Arkansas.

Great staff and fast service. Love the size of this Starbucks. Edit- still love the physical location of this place. Such a cool location and it’s beautiful inside. Only reason I dropped it to four stars is my recent experience. I assume the long haired gentleman was the shift lead or manager. He was extremely frustrated with something and was very short tempered with his coworkers. Plus they had to make my drink three times. They lost my mobile order ticket and made it wrong twice.
