To get a bad review from me you have to really work hard and score zeros in all categories. Employees were laughing and joking behind the counter while I stood there waiting to be helped. Many of them looked directly at me and ignored me several times. Horrible service. And when I finally got my mcnuggets many of them were soggy and wet. I don't know what causes it but this is the only McDonald's that managed to totally screw up nuggets. I went up to order different food since my nuggets were nasty and the kids working there were joking and laughing without coming to help me again. Is it not obvious when someone is standing at the register and making eye contact that they need to be helped? Ridiculous. I expect lower standards at McDonald's but this was just too bad for me to ignore. The worst! And the image of the nugget is how several of them came out looking. I should have saved them to show but I was throwing them away as I pulled them out in disgust. All wet and soggy and not fried

How can we not give ZERO stars?! It’s 2024 let’s call it what it is! This McDonald’s is hands down the worst eating experience I’ve ever had! We waited in the drive thru line at the order speaker for 5+ minutes and not a single person helped! We asked several times if they were ready for our order. So we went inside and these kids are on their phones and talking and screwing around! I had second hand embarrassment for the employees. Sad part is this is the second time in 3 weeks my family has had a bad experience with this McDonald’s! The only reason we even tried a second time was because our flight was in so late they were the only thing open! If a manager or someone from headquarters sees this I beg you to get down here and get these employees straightened up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Used to be my go to. Now I can't pick up mobile orders in the drive through, and they don't make your drinks. Bunch of people standing around singing and the floor is an absolute mess. Sad

If it wasn't for Adrianna hustling to get my door dash in, I was going to file a complaint. Outstanding job!! Making sure customers that are being ignored are also being taken care of. Thank you for getting me out the door to the customer who was waiting! We need more people like you. This took place during the 3pm shift on 6/21/24.

Staff seemed friendly and got my food quick! but for 2pm in the afternoon this McDonald’s was disgusting! By the pop machines drink spills all over one machine look like it was pouring out water. Sat by the window dead flies stuck to them, and flies everywhere! Seemed like all staff just wanted to chat with each other the clean!
