Price wasn’t bad since it is in San Juan. Food was delicious! We had the calamari, cheese burger with bacon and portobello caprese sandwich. The vibe was pretty chill. Our server was great! She was quick and attentive. Lots of selection for beer and wine.

Stopped by quickly before getting the ferry. Great location, less than a couple of minutes away by car. We had a tasting flight which was excellent, our favourite being the American Camp. Ordered some loaded fries to go which were the highlight of our food experience on San Juan Island! Perfect crunch and flavour. They were devoured long before the ferry turned up.

I sometimes travel alone and when I do I like to find a local brew pub to sample local beers. These places frequently get busy in the early evenings so I try to be early so as not to have a problem finding seating. When I arrived the host tried to get me to sit at the bar, which I declined because I like a chair and table where I’m not being elbowed by other guests. So I was put at a really bad location at a table for two right by the host’s station by the door. There were only a couple of small tables in the place and they were all right at the entrance so I didn’t feel ‘too’ slighted. This isn’t really a place for couples or singles, even on a Thursday midweek. A waitress came and took my order for a pizza and one of their beers. I waited for about 20 minutes and realized the waitress had forgotten me, so I went up to the bar to order on my own, she then remembered me and brought my beer. My pizza arrived just a couple of minutes later, so the kitchen at least had their act together. I have enjoyed San Juan brewery beers before, and the draft IPA was quite good. The pizza was just ok though, there was plenty of marinara sauce with real tomatoes but it was a bit feckless in terms of flavor. The same was true of the toppings. Decent, but not as flavorful as it could have been. Not a bad place to visit, but not as good as it could be. Prices were on the high side, with my tab for a 12 inch pizza, two beers and a tip just over $50.

Ordered a flight of beer and it comes on a super cute board shaped like the island! The Pig War pizza was delicious as was the Philly cheesesteak. The pretzel was not the best I have ever had but still above average.

Enjoyed some beverages here today and a snack. Fun cider, sour apple. Great beer choices! Nice menu for a large meal or snacks and drinks. Great outdoor space for the warm weather season. Huge inside space for year round comfort. Great daily specials. The staff was friendly. Enjoy cruising through the merchandise shelves. Canned to go beer! Overall great experience!
