I would give a four star but there's some problems I had with the Fort Dodge Iowa location. And with the pick up there. I had ordered a pickup online and the pickup was closed at 10pm and the app doesn't say when it is closed. Also it should be open from 6am and closed when the store closes. But with me moving to the location of Fort Dodge Iowa I didn't know because I'm used to using the app. So if possible please update the app to when the pickup opens and closes. That's the only issue I had.

Got yelled at by shoppers and called racist when I confronted a group of Hispanics who were clearly scoping out my kids for whatever illegal activity they were up to. Employees helped defuse the situation, and watched us leave safely but my kids don't feel safe there.

I use Walmart for a lot of my shopping and they are great with customer service. All prices everywhere are up way too high but I believe they are the best here. Plus I don't know anyone else that sells a gallon of milk for less than $3 like the store in Fort Dodge Iowa.

Self-checkout is great but I think you should get a discount on your purchase if you're ringing up your own merchandise!

By far the worst walmart location I have ever been too. Staff is rude. The amenities they have (key cutter/ eWaste disposal/etc) never work and they have so little stock it's embarrassing. My honest and true opinion is it isn't even worth the effort to come here to STEAL let alone buy anything.
