Our visit was great even tho they were running behind in the kitchen. My wife's food was excellent, but my nachos sat in the heat window. The nachos were chewy and the cheese was rubbery

The service was amazing and so was the food. The food was very nice but my biggest downside was the proportions. I thought the proportions were way too big but it is a good food to price ratio. The bottomless chips is a really good idea but our party never got a refill because there were already a lot of chips.

The server is what got this 5 star. He was so good with our little one. So personable and friendly! The chips and salsa WITH RANCH is the best!! Food is consistently good and servers are great. Exactly what I’ve come to expect from chilis. I had the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it didn’t disappoint! The mashed potatoes were good and I also had the potato soup which was good. Wife had the Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad and said it was the best she’s had! She also had the potato soup and liked it. My little one had the chicken and fries. She loves their ranch! I tried a blackberry Long Island iced tea… very delicious and my wife’s margarita was on point. That’s for a fantastic family dining experience 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Food was good but the service was really poor, sever forgot to bring ranch had to ask twice and drink was not refilled as the server was no where to be found for 15 mins.

My burger 🍔 was undercooked, even though the order said "No Pink." I called the manager, and he took care of it promptly. The food was subpar, but at least the manager tried hard to make it better.
