We stopped by as our car charged and met Renita. Even after we told her we were just looking she showed us nice desks and took the time out of her day to talk with and help us. We will be back next time we are around to say hi to Renita, thanks so much.

I have always bought furniture from American starting when they were down in the old Palmer Plaza. I went in their new location knowing I would find what I wanted. I was greeted by Renita. She was personable, professional and I felt extremely comfortable with her. She was not high pressure and went way above and beyond helping me. I will look for her every time I go in there. She is a true jewel! I will buy from her every time.

I previously posted a very dissatisfied review about a delivery I received from American Home. I had paid for the “white glove” delivery which means they bring it in & set it up, but the guys were not informed so asked for my receipt but I realized they never sent one. It was a huge recliner & I am elderly so me setting it up would not have been possible. They did set it up for me without a receipt. It was $179 for that type of delivery but I was upset about the whole situation plus not getting a receipt or warranty, HOWEVER, later that day, Curtis, from American Home saw the post & called me to apologize saying it was their error, that the delivery guys weren’t informed, and offered to refund the entire fee of $179!!! He was so kind and apologized again saying he would send the receipt & warranty & refund that fee. I am again in love with American Home!!! He showed great humility & integrity & and showed the wonderful store I often shop at is still one of the best!! Thank you again Curtis you deserve a raise😉!!

Salesman Tim was very informative and honest about quality in some brands vs other brands. He explained precisely the difference between the different leathers and also microfiber fabrics. He made sure I had the best price possible. I feel very happy with my purchase!
