Worst experience at a Walgreens ever! I normally drop my packages for work off at a flagstone FedEx but I was running some errands and needed a few things, so I decided to pop in to this location. I’ve never dropped a package at Walgreens and there was no one at the photo counter. The woman on the aisle stocking completely ignored me so I went to ask the cashier what I should do. His name is Michael and he’s a tall white man with an extremely awful attitude. He was extremely condescending and made completely unnecessary comments to me. I didn’t want to have to interact with him again after that so I left and went to Publix to make the purchases I had originally intended on making here. Someone really should sit down with Michael and revisit customer service etiquette with him.

Had an awesome experience. We were in town from MI and of course kiddo gets pink eye. Ped called drops in to this Walgreens and they were so wonderful and helpful to work with.

Problems entering my phone # and didn't get sale prices. Receipt was so poor the cashier couldn't read or scan. Ended up giving me store credit.

This morning, just prior to boarding a cruise ship, my mother-in-law realized she forgot a vital medication. We called and the pharmacist worked with her to locate a walgreens that had it in stock so we could pick it up. He even coordinated with her pharmacy back at home. We are so thankful that he took the time to help her out.
