Have been ordering from Hallandale since April 2024. Meds work great (I was on name brand before this, and it feels the same), they are always nicely packaged and cold upon arrival. I have heard that they are now shipping on Fridays, so the medicine is sitting at a way-station over the weekend and arriving warm/hot on Monday as the ice packs would have melted over that time. That isn't ideal and I hope with all the complaints, they go back to shipping just M-Th as they used to. It's better to wait than to receive hot medication.

My husband and I are both customers and encountered an issue that was beyond the pharmacies control, Andrea the manager called me personally and worked with us to resolve our issue. She went above and beyond for us and her customer service was amazing. I am so happy to have spoken with her and the outcome, thank you so so much, Andrea!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. They are impossible to communicate with. No one ever answers the phone. When you call there is a recording giving two options to email the pharmacy. The recording also states when you email the pharmacy someone will respond within a couple of hours. I am still waiting for a response 36 hours later. I have not received my medication. Hallandale Pharmacy did send one email stating they needed clarification on the order and they had attempted to contact my provider. They never attempted to contact my provider. I am only speculating, but I believe they are making money hand over fist and really do not care about people anymore. That is a shame, people are what matter. I will find another pharmacy for my medication. I will also make sure I spread the word!

Always an amazing experience with this company and their customer service team! Our go-to has been Melissa for years. Needed urgent assistance after hours and she responded ASAP, well into the night at that. This team is always exceptional! Thank you Hallandale!

Long story short their compounded semaglutide is water!! Insulin should have a distinct smell. Their product smells like absolutely nothing!! Not mention no real weight loss after 2 med increases. Waste of money! Pursuing a lawsuit. My vial of “medication” has been sent out for testing of ingredients. Waiting for those results and I have a lawyer that’s taking my case.
